Elle’s Studio Project, Free Photoshop Template, SVG and Silhouette File
I have a lot to share with you today! I have been chomping at the bit to share my Elle’s Studio projects. Since it’s now the first of the month, I’m allowed! YAY!
I used the extra awesome “You & Me” collection, which includes 12 x 12 patterned papers and coordinating accessories. I love, love, love this collection, and I’m sure that you will too. It’s available as of yesterday at the Elle’s Studio online shop. Here’s a small view of some of the products.
Here’s a close up. My youngest daughter is such a ham, it’s always a joy to take her picture… well, when she cooperates anyway! She’s only three, all you moms out there know what that’s like!
I would love for you to download (for free!) the Photoshop filmstrip template that I created. And, I have taken the same filmstrip shape and created an SVG and a Silhouette .studio file. All of the files are contained in the following zip folder. It’s yours, free to download for personal use. There is a tutorial below on how to use the Photoshop file for those of you who need help.

Here’s what the SVG and Silhouette file looks like.
For those of you who aren’t all that comfortable in Photoshop, or maybe you just need a refresher, here’s a tutorial on how to use the filmstrip file and how to create a clipping mask. You will need to know how to do that if you want the file to work for you. If you have any questions after viewing the video, please let me know. I always answer questions left in my blog comments or you can use the contact form under Get In Touch.
Thanks for visiting and I hope that you liked my project and that you will use my filmstrip file. I had fun creating it and I hope you will have some fun with it too!

Thanks for the freebie. Love the filmstrip but can it be used with Photoshop Elements?

I love the filmstrip. It allows you to put so many pictures on a page. I was wonderding if it can be used with PSE? I tried and it isn’t layered. It says is a non-editable adjustment. Not sure what I’m doing wrong. Thanks for the freebie and your help.

Oh, I have Elements, too, and it wouldn’t work for me, either. Boo hiss. LOVE the layout. I have Cameo, though, so will try a workaround
